PAC Operations is a family owned and operated fire protection company established in the State of Texas to serve the Greater Houston area and beyond. In just the past two years, our team of installers have completed over 75 different projects. Our portfolio of projects range from restored Bay homes on Galveston Island to breathtaking Custom homes in Hunter’s Creek and Bellaire to multiple Institutional Facilities throughout the State. ABOUT THE OWNERS:
PHILIP J. PACKER spent his career specializing in a demanding engineering field fostered by the United States Navy and employment at Nucor Bar Roll Steel Mill. While serving our great country, Josh, won numerous awards. Most notably, the coveted Navy Bronze Star. At PAC Operations, Josh fulfills the role of Operations Manager and heads up our Sales Department. DAVID S. PACKER spent his career specializing in competitive professional sales fostered by Xerox Corporation and Datascope Corporation. While running the sales operation for an agency of Xerox, David had a front row seat at starting and running a small business which has offered tremendous value to running the financial aspects of PAC Operations. David graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
